  • Verification: Once our team verifies the issue, we will initiate a replacement or a full refund, as applicable.

    3. Non-Refundable Situations

    We cannot offer a refund or return in the following cases:

    • Change of Mind: If you no longer wish to keep the product after purchase.

    • Opened Products: Any product that has been opened, tampered with, or partially used.

    • Shipping Delays: Delays caused by third-party courier partners beyond our control.
